4. Refunds & Cancellations

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all courses. Requests must be submitted via the Contact page. After 14 days, no refunds are available except in cases of technical issues documented by support.

All course materials, videos, worksheets, and branding are the exclusive property of ZenRoute Method. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. User Conduct

Users must not share login credentials, post offensive content in community areas, or attempt to circumvent any technical protections. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability
